How does the booking process work?

All of the homes we manage are represented on our website. You can search for properties that are available for specific dates or browse all of the properties before selecting what best fits your travel itinerary. Simply input the appropriate information into the form. If you decide to book on the spot, pay the deposit and indicate in the appropriate field that you have read and accept all terms and conditions. If I book a property on your website, is that the same property I will get?
Absolutely. Each of our listings include site specific photographs and descriptions so you can choose the property that best fits your needs.

 

What do I have to do on check-in?

We want your stay with us to start with simplicity. You will receive a door lock code 7 days prior to arrival which will allow your direct access to your vacation home once you arrive. Simply arrive safely at your destination, open the door and begin relaxing. You can always contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

 

Do I need to bring towels and linens? 
No. We've got you covered...and dried! There is one set of linens per bed and plenty of bath towels per bathroom. You may wish to bring your own beach towels and sunning mats.  

 

Are the homes non-smoking?
Yes, all homes are non-smoking and this rule is strictly enforced. However, smoking is permitted in the patio areas outside.

 

Are pets allowed?
We have a limited number of pet friendly homes. Please call our friendly staff if you need assistance in finding the right home for you and your pet.

Are you near civilization ?
All homes are within convenient reach to shopping, dining, grocery, pharmacy,  entertainment and medical establishments. Some delivery/concierge services are available on the island. For more information, please refer to our Local Guide.

 

When we check out, what needs to be done?
While we do request that common cleanliness courtesies be observed, all you need to do is lock all doors as you depart. We will take care of everything else. Please remember, check-out time is at 
10:00 am. If your would like to request a late check out, please contact our office at least two days prior to check-out and place a request.  If the home is not being rented the same day, late check-out may be possible.

What do I do if there is a problem with the home?

We are available 24/7 for any emergencies. A phone number is provided for you in your information packet and also in the information folder that is for emergency purposes only. This ensures that any urgency is responded to immediately. We are here to help you and assist you to make sure you are comfortable at all times.

 

Do you have a referral program?

We are always happy to have guests return to stay with us again. Returning guests will receive a promotional code and a special discount is offered for referring friends or family too. We will go the extra mile to earn your return.
